Delete your Pondle account and data

In the app (instant)

1. Open Pondle and tap Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account and data, then confirm.

This deletes your anonymous online player account and your Daily leaderboard entries, and resets your progress on the phone. You need an internet connection for the online part.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@mizuarc.com with the subject "Delete my Pondle data" and your in-game nickname. We delete the matching account and leaderboard entries within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your player ID, nickname, avatar and all leaderboard scores. Kept: nothing on our side. Purchase records are kept by Google Play under Google's own policy, so "Remove ads" can still be restored from your Google account.
